Hello, beloved souls,

First, I want to send my beloved homeland and our indigenous people some heartfelt positive energy and protection 💓. Know that our ancestral spirits are deeply present and watching over you, so don’t lose faith. 🇯🇲

Many of you in my inner circle already know that I’ve stepped into a new, but deeply meaningful, chapter in my life over the past few months. I’ve been on a quest to be reunited with my first love, singing to recapture my inner joy.

😊 I wasn’t going to share this, but I’ve decided to give you a little sneak peek into my personal world.

Thanks to my grandpa and great grandma for laying the foundation for me to fall in love with singing. They made sure music was part of my everyday life. I come from a very musically rounded family, on both my mother’s and my father’s sides (I could do some name-dropping, but I won’t bother with that foolishness).

I’m SO EXCITED to announce that this Friday, October 31, I’ll be performing in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical at Meadowvale Theatre in Mississauga, Ontario. I’m so excited to share it with the world! The production team and my cast members have all been such a pleasure to work with; I couldn’t have asked for a more stellar bunch of humans to debut my entry into community theatre with. I feel so incredibly grateful—like everything has Divinity fallen perfectly into place, guided by trusting that inner nudge that led me here when I needed it the most. I was in such a dark, sad, and hopeless place, y’all, but community, joy, playful energy and lots of laughter helped me find my way back to myself, and for that I will forever be grateful. 🥰

👋🏽Hiya, my beautiful tribe! 🎉

It’s Day 5 of our 28-day journey — and I couldn’t be more thrilled! 🥳 Honestly, showing up for some days has been a challenge, but today I celebrate the fact that I’ve made it this far. Gratitude fills me!

Today, I want to share about our inner light and why it's so vital to rise above criticism and judgment, even as we continue to show up in the world. It’s our soul's sacred mission to embody our divine light—because when we do, we allow the Source to shine brightly through us. This is the essence of heart-centered consciousness, guiding us to live in harmony with one another and with all of creation.

A quick heads-up: over the next few days, I might not be as active here. I’m prioritizing precious family time over social media. But don’t worry — I’ll be back!

Day 4 of the 28-Day Challenge, and honestly… today was hard to show up. 🫠

I sat staring at the screen, feeling torn — the part of me that wants to stay connected and consistent kept whispering “post something,” while another part just couldn’t ignore the discomfort bubbling up after reading about that new class-action lawsuit and how our data is used on these platforms. Case in point, you’ll see that a large portion of the caption in my video about the parties involved in what I’m sharing about was removed 😳.

It’s wild how we can pour our hearts out online and still feel like we’re standing in a room that’s recording everything we say. Today reminded me that showing up doesn’t always mean being loud, polished, or public. Sometimes it means pausing, checking in, and choosing what feels aligned and safe for your nervous system.

So if you’re also feeling ambivalent about being “visible” right now, I see you. You’re not alone. We can still honour the challenge, honour our energy, and show up quietly, consciously, and in our own way.

Day 3/28

Today, I decided to share a genuine and unfiltered video from my camera roll. I recorded this video in August, and I probably would have never shared it even though I intended to 😩

Anyway, the universe works in mysterious ways 😉

In the video, I'm showing how I utilize aspects of nature to heal myself during my visit to the grandmother tree, where I received deep healing within minutes. 🌲 🍃 🌳

I've missed you all deeply, but my time away was soul-necessary on a cellular level, and now I'm feeling more balanced and motivated to reconnect.

🧠Your nervous system doesn’t need another crash.
It needs a place to land.
To soften.
To remember
that you were never meant to live in survival mode.

But the majority of us do, don’t we?
We hustle, we push. And we forcibly keep it together.
Meanwhile, the body gets trapped in a loop of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn – bracing for
danger that isn’t even there.

This is where the ‘real’ healing begins.
Not in doing more…
But in returning to what your body already knows to be true
Which is that
Safety lives in Slowwness, Presence, Frequency, and Breath.

Gentle yoga flow reconnects us to our body’s rhythm.
Each inhale is a signal that ‘you’re safe now’
Each movement is an invitation to release what you’ve been holding on to.

Sound bowl frequencies bypass the mind and recalibrate your entire system.
The vibration speaks straight to your cells.
It tells your body:
You can let down your walls of protection.
You are held.
You are home.

Here’s Why I’m So Intentional With The Words I Use, and You Should Be Too 👇🏾

Words are super powerful. They can shape our thoughts, emotions, and the world around us. I didn’t fully realize this until I came across Dr. Masaru Emoto’s incredible work.

If you don’t know who Dr. Emoto was, let me enlighten you! Dr. Emoto was a Japanese scientist who conducted groundbreaking experiments on water. I highly recommend reading his book, “Secret Life of Water.” Dr. Emoto found that water molecules ❄️ react to human thoughts, words, and emotions. When exposed to positive words like “love” and “gratitude,” water forms beautiful, symmetrical crystals. But when exposed to negative words like “hate,” the water’s structure became chaotic and fragmented. His research highlights the real, physical impact of the energy we project—through our words and intentions.

You might be asking, why does this matter? It matters because our bodies are made up of over 70% water🚰, which means that the words we speak have a huge potential to influence not only our emotional state but also our overall physical well-being. Think of the words we speak daily as spell casting. When we speak positively, we create harmony within ourselves and in the world around us, and when we speak negatively, we disrupt this balance and create disharmony.

😳 So, if words can affect water in the way it does, imagine how our words are affecting us minute-by-minute! So let’s pinky swear to make a conscious effort to take part in daily positive self-talk because, as we learned from Dr. Emoto’s experiment, our bodies and minds are always listening to what we tell them.

Here’s how you can be more intentional with your words:
1. Speak kindly—to yourself and to others.
2. Intentionality practices positive self-talk.
3. Be mindful of your thoughts as they shape your reality.
4. Use your words to heal and uplift, not to break down or hurt yourself or others.
