Well, folks, it’s Thanksgiving in the US, and I’m going to use it as an opportunity to say this:

It’s ok to have gratitude for you. 😘

As we look at all of the things we are lucky enough to be grateful for, would you include you in there?

Here’s what I know: we’re all doing our best.

We don’t always say the right things or make the most generative choices, but deep down we do desire to contribute and be friggin’ awesome.

No matter what you have chosen or created thus far this year, this decade, this lifetime… be kind to you.

Believe me when I say that you’re not nearly as fu**ed up as you want to be. 😉

You’re definitely not nearly as normal as you pretend to be.

And, you’re way more miraculous than you could imagine.

Would you allow yourself to choose more kindness to you?

You just might be amazed what that creates in the world.

Because once you start to acknowledge that you’re doing your best, even when you make some “mistakes” along the way, then you start to acknowledge that that holds true for pretty much everybody.

Your kindness to you invites in a kindness for others simultaneously. How does it truly get better?

I am so grateful for you and the gift you be in the world.
I am floored by the kindness you all show me and each other.
