Goal Setting Checklist:
Outline your primary goals for the year, categorize them into personal, professional, and health-related areas, and ensure they follow the SMART criteria (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).

Daily Habits Checklist:
Identify key daily habits that support your resolutions, such as drinking water, exercising, or reading, and track your consistency to build and maintain these behaviors.

Monthly Review Checklist:
Set up a monthly review to assess progress on your goals, identify challenges, revise strategies if necessary, and celebrate achievements to keep yourself on track.

Financial Management Checklist:

Sunday maybe a day of rest, but it is also a day to get moving!!

Movement is powerful! Whether it’s strength training, cardio, or stretching, let’s commit to 30 minutes of activity today. Moving our bodies brings energy, strength, and joy!

Missed a few days, but catching up to Day 7, which is all about getting in a good night's sleep - which here at, Edenbrookwellness, at this time of year, we sure were in need of. At the end of the day (literally), quality sleep is essential for recovery, focus, and health.

After all, as the Dalai Lama said, "Sleep is the best meditation."

For tonight, let us all aim for at least 7 hours tonight. Set a bedtime routine, turn off screens, and wind down, and let’s recharge for a productive tomorrow!
