Yes I got fitness classes 3 times a week with a max capacity of 10 people at a time. Classes run tuesday Thursday 7pm and Saturday 11am. Cost 500$ for 2 months, that's 24 sessions for 500$ and you still get a meal plan with this. Send me a message if this is something you'd like to join.

THIS IS MY CLIENT RYAN.😊 And we have only been training for 3 WEEKS so far.🤯
He is a product of discipline, determination and DRIVE. These results are so visible due to his focus on diet primarily.🤷🏾‍♂️ And clearly we train hard. ( MOSTLY OUTDOOR WORKOUTS 😅 )

Exercise is super, terrific, and wonderful. I'm a big fan.⁣

I do it myself, and I highly recommend it to everyone reading this.⁣

It's a requirement for building muscle, maintaining muscle, increasing strength, improving endurance, and on and on and on.⁣

Exercise is also extremely beneficial for your overall health and well being in numerous ways.⁣

But... for weight loss?⁣

For actually burning fat?⁣

For the specific purpose of burning the calories needed to create the deficit needed to cause you to lose weight?⁣

There is no more over-rated and over-given-a-sh*t-about aspect of weight loss than exercise.⁣

But yet, it’s often the main factor people focus on when weight loss is their goal, and the only factor they consider as being the problem when they are failing to reach that goal.⁣

Well, spoiler alert: it's not your workout, it's your diet.⁣

Successful weight loss will always primarily be a function of diet rather than exercise, simply because 1) it’s significantly more efficient to eat fewer calories than it is to burn them, 2) exercise doesn’t burn nearly as many calories as most people assume it does, and 3) it’s laughably easy to out-eat any amount of exercise you do.⁣

Don’t get me wrong here. Exercise can certainly be a useful fat loss tool. But, to put it the way it’s usually put, you can’t out-exercise a bad diet.

Don't get caught up in all that fascinating workout yall see on Instagram, most of it is a waste of time and will lead you to injuries or a false perception of what you need to do to achieve your goals and a great physique.

Some morning motivation for yall today. Leg workout done outdoors.
Her goal is to put on some muscle mass aka weight, she started last week with me at 125lbs and right now we are sitting at 135lbs( that can easily fluctuate between 135 to 132 easily but tall get the point )

Different sources of calories will affect the body in different ways? Yup. ⁣

Different sources of calories will be digested, absorbed, or metabolized differently than others? No sh*t.⁣

Different sources of calories will be more or less conducive to controlling hunger, preserving muscle tissue, increasing the thermic effect of food, preventing overeating, improving overall health, and 100 other things? Yes.⁣

But pay close attention to this next part...⁣

These are all things that are *part* of the “calories in vs calories out” equation. ⁣

Not things that invalidate it.😁

Weight can be anything

A lot of people get discouraged by weight fluctuations

And experience daily/weekly fluctuations

At times the scale won’t be moving at all, especially in a linear direction

You will not lose weight every day & week

The scale will spike up even if you “perfect” & consistent

So many things can affect daily fluctuations

Mental stress, dieting & training is a stress & a lack of sleep = 💦retention

Different foods, high sodium, eating late at night & gut issues all can affect your weight

Not drinking enough💦will dehydrate you = more💦

Hormonal changes. PMS week, blocks melatonin production = 💦retention

The weather, summer, winter, humidity all can affect your weight

More carbs, more glycogen, more💦 -1g/carbs stores 3-4g of💦

Not being able to💩& too much fiber

Training inflammatory responses lead to💦weight, approx 75% of💪🏾is💦
