SAVE THIS 🍑
Peach Galette - you MUST make this season! It's paleo and GF. It tastes as scrumptious as it looks!

1½ cups almond flour⠀⠀
1/2 cup tapioca flour ⠀
6-7 tbsp coconut sugar ⠀
1 tsp ground cinnamon⠀⠀
6 tbsp cold organic butter, cubed ⠀
2-3 tbsp cold water ⠀
2 cups chopped peaches ⠀
⠀⠀
In a food processor using the “S” blade pulse the almond flour, tapioca, coconut sugar and cinnamon until mixed. Add butter and pulse until crumbly. Add water and pulse again until it gets dough-like. ⠀

Scoop out batter and form it into a ball and refrigerate or freeze. Then after an hour in the fridge roll it out on a flat and floured surface on top of parchment paper. Make sure you flour your rolling pin. You can also flatten it out with wet hands if you don’t have a rolling pin. ⠀

Top with peaches, leaving about 2 inches on each side, roll in the sides by rolling up the parchment paper. It doesn’t matter if the sides break, you can seal it with your hand. It’s rustic 😜⠀

Transfer to baking sheet. Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes.⠀

Top with coconut vanilla ice cream and you've got a JOYOUS recipe!!! EnJOY!
