🌟Cultivate your energy in 2025🌟
As we transition into the new year, I want to share with you one of my favourite practices these days. It’s the energy cultivation system called Qigong. I first learned it in Chinese Medicine school twenty five years ago, and have since rekindled my love for it. Qigong is a wonderful movement tool you can add to your self-care and healing practices, helping you unblock and circulate your energy flow.
It’s also one of the few practices you can do when you’re injured or not feeling well; I always feel both calm and energized after practicing it!
