I've assembled a collection of yoga videos on YouTube that I've been doing regularly. Since I've been cooped up at home with lots of free time, I've been doing yoga every morning, experimenting with different styles and difficulties. I used to be naturally very flexible, and it was incredible how quickly my range of movement came back with daily practice.
The key with yoga is not pushing too intensely, especially if you do it every day. I pushed too hard into the hamstring stretches initially and needed to take time off to let my muscles recover from the soreness.
The forward bending that is a big part of yoga can be hard on your lower back, so it is OK to keep your back straight and not try to tuck your head between the knees. Do what feels comfortable. Nothing should hurt past a mild/mid-grade muscular stretch.
If you haven't done yoga before, I'd suggest starting out with Yin yoga or the ones marked beginner in their titles. Here's the link to my public playlist:
