For all our Wordle players - what a surprise to see this pop up last Thursday! And we love that "whine" was *not* the right answer...

A sweet reminder of the centre of our universe over here at TOPS, and how the many different parts of our lives are closely connected.

We come in all shapes, sizes and curves. Some of us have curved spines. I had fusion surgery in 1970 which affected my movement and flexibility. The surgery did not correct my curve. The surgery has caused me more problems that are not just my spine. If I had known what I know now I wouldn’t have had spinal fusion surgery

We see a twisty spine in these baby turtle footprints! Do you see it?

This piece of art was created by TOPS friend and scoliosis fusioneer, Cindy Heidel .

What or who do you see in it?

In addition to being a talented artist, Cindy has also written a few guest blogs for us over the past couple years.

For a wild ride, check out her scoliosis discovery story, including milwaukee brace adventures and rebellious teen years. Link below for a good read.

Today I walked 2 kilometres stopping every so often to take some water and catch my breath as my lungs have been pushed in due to my scoliosis
I had scoliosis surgery 54 years ago and believe I am worse off than if I didn’t have surgery. My curve is much worse, I have a hump, flat back, twisted bowel and a fused spine
