加拿大贵州同乡联谊会是在加拿大联邦政府注册成立的非营运组织。其目的是团结在加拿大的贵州老乡，建立互助互利，帮助困难同胞，组织各类大型活动，促进加拿大和贵州之间的文化、经济的交流。
