Hello! Welcome to all of my new followers.
It’s been awhile since I posted on my page and it is time that I reintroduce myself.
My name is Alexandra and most people call me Alex. I was born and raised in Toronto, trying to navigate life with all joys and hardships that life brings. I guess you can say that I have always been a HSP ( Highly Sensitive Person, and yes this is a real thing 😁) and now as an adult have learned to embrace this and thrive because of it.
Life is hard and the last few years have been dark and painful, for all of us. I see this more than ever in my practice. My family, my puppy Rosie, and believing in something bigger than myself has all helped me create a foundation that I stand on. Pickleball and long walks with the pup also really help 😄. I tend to talk a lot about what we can control and what we can not control and this post really resonates with me. I hope it will help you.

I am looking a space to rent in Bathurst and sheppard area ( or within 5 kms or so) to rent once in a while to see a clients. I am looking to rent the space on an hourly basis. Please let message me if you have an idea or space for me. Thanks

After working in the community mental health sector for over 20 years, I decided to take a leap and follow my dream of having a full time private practice. Now 1 year later, I am feeling proud of what I have accomplished and focusing on what is to come .

For many and including myself, we are leaving behind a year of darkness, pain, hopelessness, despair, sadness, and anxiety. For most it has been hard to comprehend how much loss and suffering we have experienced this past year.
Coming into a new year, I wish for each of you a new year filled with healing, peace, compassion, connection, insight, and growth. There is no one way to be and live life.
