Every Foundation session consists of our three pillars of treatment: Education, Manual Therapy, Exercise Prescription & Progression

✨ Education — Awareness is key. Your therapist will take time in every session to help you understand your body’s mechanics, movement patterns, and strategies for prevention and improvement.

💆‍♂️ Manual Therapy — This is not 'stretching'. Our therapists are trained in advanced manual therapy methods, including joint mobilizations, neuromuscular facilitation, joint distractions, mobilization with movement, and manipulation to restore your movement with reduced pain and increased mobility.

Effective manual therapy opens up a trusting relationship and sets the stage for progress.
