Reminder for the week: Be patient with yourself. Healing takes time!

It's essential to recognize that the journey to mental wellness is sometimes linear. Here are a few points to keep in mind as you navigate your healing process:
1. Acknowledge Your Feelings: Having ups and downs is okay. Validate your emotions as part of the healing journey.
2. Set Realistic Expectations: Progress may be slow, and that’s completely normal. Celebrate the small victories along the way.
