Posted • “On Friday March 13th, 2020 I taught my first class at Ritual... On Friday the 13th, literally days before the world shut down due to the Corona virus.

In the beginning I was originally only hired as a substitute. But to me, even the idea that I “may possibly" teach at Ritual was exciting! I was already teaching at a few other studios so being a sub worked out, but I had really wanted to teach at Ritual every day! So when Alli emailed me to sub for her Ab’Asana Class I was so excited for the opportunity, more then she probably knew!!

I was very nervous for that first class! Little unknown fact about me...I have hated public speaking in front of people from a very young age. I was worried that my dyslexia paired with the building nervousness I was feeling would result in anything less then an amazing class. But the class was a success and I am so thankful and grateful to be apart of this amazing family of people a whole year later- Happy Birthday Ritual!!” 🖤 Aisha

I’m honoured to be apart of “The Annual Think Pink Event” a Women’s Health & Wellness Cancer Symposium organized by .

It starts at 9:20am with speakers from South Africa, Canada and the West Indies!!!

I’ll be teaching a 1hr - All levels class at 11am!!
