Back to basics health tips for 2026.
Simplify your dietary goals - eat the rainbow, pair protein & fibre with each meal, and chew your food twice as long as you think you need to!
Move your body - at least 150 mins of moderate intensity activity per week - walking is a perfect activity (50% of Canadians aren’t doing this).
Treat your nervous system like a vital organ and practice improving your response to stress.
