Every day now, when I enter my office, I read aloud the powerful words on the painting:

Yesterday I attended Day 1 of 's Changemaker summit.
It was phenomenal and I loved meeting new people, old friends, and some I have only ever met on Zoom.

My favourite speaker was definitely Danielle Laporte, who you aren't pictures with below.

She speaks on love, and it resonated so deeply with me. She noticed my shirt and signed it out to me when we met, which was so precious.

A lot of what she said is foundational to , which is no surprise. She knows of it and was friends with our beloved Patricia Moreno.

Danielle spoke of having the power to transform our thoughts and invited us to choose loving thoughts.

That's what intenSati does!

You give, give, give, and have nothing left in the tank. You know you have to keep helping others, it's in your DNA. It fuels your spirit. But you are just exhausted.

So many servant leaders, visionaries, and changemakers have been sharing how depleted they feel.
