Yesterday we hosted our very first X collab! We never imagined merging the two businesses and hosting corporate happy hours with not only cocktails, but our specialty coffees and matcha 🥹🥹 a huge step, a whole lot of work, tons of trial and error but somehow we always make it work!!! Our biggest fear?? Dropping our twelve thousand dollar espresso machine 6ft to the cold hard cement!!

Are you upset if your drink doesn’t have a garnish? You should be!
Imagine, you spend all day getting ready, your hair is perfect, makeup flawless, outfit straight out of a magazine and then you forget jewelry…
A garnish, just like jewelry is the cherry on top!
It can make or break a cocktail and an outfit (at least for us)🍸🍹🍒🍋
Long story short… our cocktails will ALWAYS have a garnish, that may be a housemade dried chili rimmer, a dehydrated gold flaked grapefruit or maybe even a luster dusted espresso bean!

Let’s talk cocktails! 🍹
What we like to tell our clients is that EVERY SINGLE TIME you throw a custom or signature cocktail on the menu, people will order it. They will order it even if they planned to walk up to the bar and order a gin and tonic - every single person will gravitate to that fun, esthetically pleasing signature drink with that stand out garnish! It’s just how it works and let me tell you, we’ve been around the block a time or two. So, even if you don’t think your guests will go for that strawberry, coconut washed aperol spritz, I’m telling you they will! And that is why when it comes to signature drinks we recommend having at least 1-1.5 available per person 🧐🤓🍹
