Being a mom is the wildest, deepest, most beautiful ride of my life.
From chubby cheeks and pigtails to movie nights and grown-up conversations—this journey has been full of laughter, lessons, and unconditional love.

These three are my everything.
They’ve seen me strong, tired, silly, protective, emotional… and always loving.
I’m so proud of the humans they’re becoming.

To all the mamas out there—cheers to the love we give, the patience we learn, and the memories we carry in our hearts forever.

As a healthcare pro, I help others crush their health goals — but I also make damn sure I’m taking care of my own. Because let’s be real… you can’t pour from an empty cup (especially if it’s filled with cold coffee from 8am). ☕️

Health, fitness, mindset — all pillars in my life. One daily staple I swear by for both mental sharpness and physical performance is creatine monohydrate (5-7g a day — and yes, it’s for brains AND biceps) 🧠 + 💪

Today and every day, I’m manifesting abundance — in my health, my work, and my energy. Vibrant health is the real wealth.
