Whether observed at church or home with baskets of colourful eggs and feasts with joy in togetherness, Easter has become a day of celebration for so many globally.

For the Christian faith, this day commemorates the miraculous resurrection of Jesus Christ, fulfilling the promise of redemption and eternal life with God in faith.

Enjoy this blessed day with so much joy, hope, peace and love. I, for one, am getting ready with a postured heart, smiles from ear to ear…and stretchy pants! ♥️🎉🙏🏾🕊️

One of my fav days of the week is here!🤩 and I will spare all with my stories from this busy week (let’s just leave it at doozy-oiy!).

Right now, feeling the joys and blessings all around, from that place of release and allowance…

It feels like what this pic looks like…equanimity from the inside, out.

After a week of unexpected circumstances that rocked my own part of the world, seemingly ‘good’ and ‘bad’, it wasn’t just my clients that realized the brilliance of experiencing a moment without resistance.

Allowing:

💫 Involves releasing…that which no longer serves, that which is done and dusted.
💫 Is more than just being present; it’s about embracing each moment as it is - with all its chaos, beauty and complexity.
💫 Is not ‘wishing’ or getting stuck in pining for the moment to be any different…not hoping the moment ‘should’ be any different…

When we allow our experiences to unfold without trying to change them, a soft yet profoundly powerful space is created within us. This space becomes the potent ground for compassion to bloom, for ourselves then for others.

It’s not always easy. It may feel counterintuitive, especially when difficult emotions like fear, disappointment, anxiety, clamour for attention.

With the subtle shift to allow (rather than resisting) we experience this gentle power that transforms us, for better from within and then out to the world.

A glorious day to us all, today and in the coming days - where we experience this kind of love from true allowance which yields us that grain of compassion coming from our powerful soft hearts to our world, with love and gratitude for everything.

The virtual nature of how I collaborate with this client org, these folks for talent partnership and all-things people & healthy community related…just doesn’t do Love justice!

And so, an incredible visit it was!

I’m incredibly amazed by West Park Healthcare (WPH) Centre - their new hospital digs, integration efforts for better, their leading edge developments in their rehabilitative and complex care services.

…but what most especially lights me up…is the heart-centred and brilliant people there (staff, clinical service providers and patients).

Excited for our soon launch of an info session for spotlighting WPH - with a mindful zest - to invoke NPs, SWs, RRTs looking for their ‘next’ career breakthrough in making a difference for healthy self, others and community.

Whatever day it is today, it’s an oh-soo good one, and I hope it’s the same in your sphere of life in love and blessings!💙

I’m delighted to be welcomed by West Park Health Centre in a collaborative engagement as they continue their momentum forward with their recent new build and voluntary integration with UHN.

My exciting part will be contributing to the people growth and expansion of their team(s), in support of key developments including their best of its kind lung institute as one example, in motion as we speak!

When co-creating with others, alignment with values and purpose is key for dreaming big and making it happen - all of which ring the bells of delight; align engagement, harness genius wisdom, talents and gifts; ignite momentum forward; and continue to unfold brilliance for ourselves, for others, and for communities being served.
