Sandbags are back! These are almost always incorporated into my yoga classes as a substitute for hands-on assists to ground the body. Use the 5lb to ground the palms in Savasana or on the feet in Baddha Konasana. 10lb bags can be used to ground shoulders and thighs in reclined twists. Either size can be placed on the belly to practice deeper breathing and help bridge the gap between breath and movement. A great addition to any Yin or restorative practice.

Local pick up can be arranged to save on shipping.

Meet the mini bolster! Half the length of a traditional yoga bolster, this small yet lean makes supported back bends more gentler, or place under your t**h for more support during seated poses. Each mini bolster is filled with organic buckwheat hulls, which can be removed when you’re ready to wash the durable outer shell.
