It’s the little things. The millions of micro little things that make days brighter.

I just got new business cards. Totally different design than the last ones - every time I order they are different because it’s kinda fun.

I also put chocolate milk in my coffee this morning - I forgot how delicious that was!

Why talk about this? Apart from being totally stoked over these cards, it has everything to do with your vibration.

When people talk about raising your vibration, what it means is coming back into yourself. Notice the small things that make up your day that bring you joy. Do things that just feel right in your heart- your internal compass.

You aren’t finding something out there. You are just coming home to yourself and noticing the small wonderful details all ready in your life.

Our Spirit People and animals are always with us.

Could the kids have done it on purpose? Yes, but no one has confessed (someone would have spilled the beans!) and they were all seriously perplexed. And tbh even if they did, there were other interesting signs and synchronicities that for me felt like a hello from heaven…. That and I totally saw this spirit person in my car as I drove over.

Find me where the wild things are.

This isn’t a New Year’s Eve post but one to remind you that it doesn’t matter what day it is - stop and take a moment to come home to yourself.

This is one of those things in life that you could never regret. Drop your shoulders, take a few deep clearing breathes, and just be here now…. Bonus points if you get out to places that just make you happy - like me in nature!

Even if you are naturally gifted at ANYTHING, practice is important - as well as training. That includes mediumship.

For me, that means Thursday practice sessions where I can try new techniques (if Ive learned any new ones) or trying to lean into aspects that feel hard for me.

I also take part in workshops or classes that I feel called to.

Why? Because repetition and pushing beyond personal limits builds skills. I love working for the spirit world and getting to bring their messages and comfort to all of you.

People often ask how spirit communication works, or why some people seem more “connected” than others.

Mediumship isn’t a special gift reserved for a few. Everyone can tune in. Some people pick it up naturally, while others develop the skill through regular practice — the same way basketball players improve by showing up and training consistently.

The spirit world isn’t somewhere far away. It’s all around us, operating on a different frequency than the physical world. Mediumship is simply learning to notice and understand that frequency.

Anyone can do it. The difference is that some are naturally quicker, and some train more — but both can connect, and both can grow.
