Our goal is to break down cultural barriers by actively involving the community in creating a sense of inclusion and appreciation through artistic means. Modern Batik Movement, also known as MBM, is a youth-led initiative primarily based in the Toronto, Scarborough. MBM focuses on providing therapeutic art techniques that support a variety of skill development and opportunities for youth; specifically targeting at-risk-neighbourhoods.
