When do you feel most burdened?
It is often the weight of emotions, expectations, relationships, and obligations we no longer wish to carry.
When we keep doing what we do not want to do, or feel blocked from pursuing what our heart truly desires, we fall into suffering.
When anger or frustration arise, many of us withdraw — shut away in our rooms, trapped in thoughts and emotions that seem bigger than us. Hours… sometimes days go by, and still the heaviness remains. It is a deep and painful place to be.
In these moments, shifting to a positive mindset can feel impossible — and yet, it is the path toward freedom.
The very first step is to practice gratitude, no matter what you are facing. Gratitude opens the heart. And even if the heart begins to open, the body may still resist — because karma lives deeply within us.
