Sports Injury Treatment with Bioenergy

Sports Injury Treatment with Bioenergy I focus fourteen years of martial arts training and twelve years of bioenergy healing practice on y I've treated martial artists, dancers, yoga practitioners.

I have a good track record with knee, shoulder and lower back injuries, fresh and chronic; with ligament and cartilage injuries in knees; soft tissue injuries; frozen shoulder. In most cases healing occurs much faster than predicted; in some cases surgery becomes unnecessary. Most patients notice improvement after one session.

Worked on my boss's "tennis and golf" elbow, which he didn't get by playing either tennis or golf, but by playing fetch with a dog. He has had it for six months and had just gone to his doctor to have it looked at and to get a prescription for some physio. Half an hour of "energy healing" over coffee and it's mostly gone.

I had two dentist's appointments this month to fit a crown. The first was to grind down the tooth and it was rather unpleasant. My gums were decidedly unhappy, so when my dentist left the consulting room to make the temporary crown I put my hand over my face to soothe my aching gum with a burst of bioenergy.

My dentist's assistant then asked what I was doing, and when I told her, she asked me whether it worked on hips as well. She told me she had been having trouble with one of her hips, with sharp pains waking her up in the middle of the night. She thought this might have been the result of a fall that she had.

I put my hands on her hip and immediately felt something in her lower back. I began running energy and "energy massaging" the area. I was doing this lying flat on my back in the dentist's chair, kind of twisting to the side, which was probably the most awkward position I've ever had to do energy work in! After about 10 minutes my dentist came back, so we stopped.

Two weeks later I had my second appointment, which was considerably less unpleasant. I asked the woman how her back was feeling and she said it was fine. She added that she hasn't had any pain since I treated her.

I just saw the little girl I mentioned in my last post. Her hands are perfectly healed and she only needs a bandage on her shin to protect the new skin from the sun. A couple of weeks ago she was already swimming.

Bioenergy is not just for sports injuries. Last week the 8-year-old daughter of an acquaintance took a tumble over a barbecue and sustained second-degree burns to her hands and a third-degree burn to her leg. She was immediately whisked away to the hospital and when I saw her the next day, she had white bandages on her hands and leg. I treated her burns with energy and she kept telling me how "weird" it felt: like "something being pulled out", something "swirling", and something cool "blowing over" the burns. The upshot was that the pain went away and she went home skipping afterwards. When the plastic surgeon looked at the burns the next day he said they were healing very nicely and that most likely there would not be any scarring. They left the bandage on her leg, but put large band-aids on her hands. The very weird part was that when I was treating her leg, she had it resting on her dad's knee and he said "weird" because he could feel the "pulling out" too.

Latest update on osteoarthritic knee I treated: still fine! It was fine all winter.

Further update on gent with osteoarthritic knee: three months and counting, and he still hasn't needed any painkillers. In fact most of the time he forgets there was anything wrong with it!

Very interesting experience. I treated someone who had fallen on her hand. No bones were broken, but the doctor said the soft tissue was "crushed." As I moved my hand around it working the energy field, the woman's hand began to rise from her lap where it had been resting. She said "I'm not doing that. It's lifting by itself." Then she said she felt things moving inside her hand, as if "things were going back into place". Her hand was still levitating as I finished the treatment, and continued levitating for some time afterwards. She said that later that evening there was pain and heat in her wrist bone, but the morning after, she woke up with no pain and was able to use hand for the first time in weeks.

"Physician, heal thyself!"

Self-healing is not as effective as healing others, but it can be done. The day before yesterday I was cleaning out my locker when I turned to move something and suddenly felt a pop in the back of my leg just above the knee. A pop like that is never good news. Immediately afterwards I felt pain. Luckily it was not sharp pain but a dull ache that spread up my leg towards the hip and down into my calf. There was also an odd watery sensation inside the leg.

The good news was that I could still stand and also still walk, albeit with a slight limp. I limped over to a picnic table and sat down and gave the leg some Reiki. It got somewhat better, so I went back to work. But walking and standing made it worse again, so I took periodic Reiki breaks. BTW I was cleaning out the results of a mouse infestation, so stopping was not really an option.

After I finished the job of cleaning, a Reiki-trained friend came by and I asked him to treat my leg. The dull ache eased. Then overnight I applied cotton. I learned both in Reiki and from Bill Bengston that natural substances can be charged with healing energy. Both cotton and water hold the "charge". So I charged some cotton and wrapped it around my leg. By morning it was about 80 per cent better, but I was still conscious of favouring it when I was walking. By afternoon I didn't even notice it. Today I ran for the streetcar and I noticed that my leg wasn't particularly happy about that little burst of unusual activity. So I will keep on treating it, and rest is probably a good idea too.

I did some internet research and from what I see it's likely a small hamstring tear. That "pop" was quite reminiscent of what I felt when I tore my gastrocnemius back in 1995. I think it's a small tear because I am still standing. But I also think it's getting better a lot faster than it would have without Reiki.

One of the senior citizens in my fitness class developed sciatica. She made an appointment with her doctor, but by the time she actually saw him we had largely resolved the problem with energy treatments and exercise. When she went to her appointment, he looked at her, hemmed and hawed, and gave her a little lecture on the importance of exercise and core strength. Then he poked her belly looking for belly fat, of which she has next to none, and he said "oh". He then went on to suggest a variety of exercises, to most of which she said "we do those with Judith." In the end his prescription to her was "just keep going to Judith's exercise classes."
