A litte bit about me

You want to lose weight, tone up and feel great. I've been there, pretty much my entire life: overweight, not feeling great about my body, wanting to change but couldn’t keep a healthy lifestyle consistent. It's not easy! I get it.

It was when I stopped dreaming and took real action that made all the difference. No more fad diets and counting calories; at home workouts like P90X did not keep me motivated.

What really did it for me, was becoming aware of my lifestyle. I had to take a hard look at my truths. The truths being I was eating ALL THE TIME and not working out enough, or, at all.

Once I faced that truth, I found a support system that worked for me. Investing in a personal trainer made all the difference in my life. I was taught proper form, what exercises work for my fitness levels, we set goals and they were always there when I had a question or needed support.
