Good morning ABC patients!
Just jumping in to clarify something. ILAB for ASC was developed with Doctor Antonacci as a Mind/ Body Programme. Doctor A saw a need for Mindset Coaching and progressive movement based therapy over traditional Physiotherapy. The programme is offered for 18 sessions over the course of 10 weeks. We know you may have been reading the forums and sub reddits but please message us to find out what we actually do and how we do it!! ( also those forums are offering bad information sometimes, be careful)
We do not- offer single lessons, offer shortened cycles, or offer the programme as separate components.
You must start ILAB for ASC four weeks before your surgery.

Meet our Team MADDY !

Maddy trained in classical ballet in Ottawa and Vancouver, Canada, before starting her professional career as a dancer. Based in London, England, Maddy worked as a ballet and contemporary dancer and choreographer throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, and China. She is now a Certified Life Coach and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Practitioner, and runs two performing arts schools in London, UK.
