Tire push. A great and cheap alternative to pushing a sled.

You can do this anywhere. Just get an old tire you plan to throw out, find a flat surface to train, maybe put some weighted objects inside and voila!

The lower pushing angle requires a deeper knee bend, so you work through a great range of motion than the standard sled push.

Lateral line stretch.

Our lateral fascial line includes all the muscles on the side of the body, along with the infamous IT band. It begins from the side of the ankle and ends where the side of the neck meets the head.

A tight IT band could be the result of tension in any muscle along the lateral line, which is why so many of us get no relief from directly rolling the IT band when it gives us problems.
