I usually enjoy stopping by Tim Hortons, but my visit to the Westdale Mall location was very disappointing. I noticed flies buzzing around on food, which really made me question the cleanliness of the place. I understand that small things like flies can sometimes happen, but it was noticeable enough to make me uncomfortable while eating. It would be great if the staff could pay closer attention to cleanliness and make sure the environment is more hygienic for customers. I hope this is something they’ll address. As I usually enjoy Tim Hortons for the quality of food and coffee.
