After addressing that thought, would you want to live in the reality that that thought is creating for you? Or do you need to switch where your mind is at right now?

I always stress the importance of mindful moments. I do these check ins frequently throughout my day, and sometimes I catch myself in a downward spiral.

That's why my favourite way to recentre myself is with the Clear Space Loose Incense.

You only need five minutes for this mini mindfulness practice, because you can control how small or big of a pinch to use to suit your needs.

All you have to do is take a few deep breaths, set the herbs on fire using a coal or lighter and allow the clearing energy to wash over you and ground you to the Earth. I tend to get overwhelmed fairly easily and this practice has drastically changed that for me.

Passionflower is the star of this blend, with its ability to calm trouble and arguments in the home, inviting peacefulness in its place. Lavender and Eucalyptus purify, protect and heal while Lemon Peel and Lemongrass cleanse and attract love and success. Each batch of loose incense is reiki charged with according intentions as well as crystal energies.

It's a real Queen's Birthday! 👑

Today we get to celebrate more than just another year of life, we get to celebrate the gift that is you and all the light, healing, and guidance you bring into the world every single day.

For those who may not know, my Mom Allison is the heart, the spirit, and the guiding force behind 808 Co.’s healing work. She is a certified Reiki Practitioner, Energy Healer, Spiritual Counselor, and Tarot/Oracle Card Reader through Mediumship.

With nearly 30 years on her spiritual journey, she’s seen detours, learned lessons, grown in clarity and compassion, and all of that has shaped the healer she is today.

Allison works with Spirit and her natural intuitive gifts — her Clairs (clairvoyance, clair-audience, clair-sentience, clair-cognizance, clairgustance, etc.) plus channeling — to offer readings and spiritual guidance using Tarot, Oracle cards, and Crystals.

True manifestation comes from the heart

It is not about force, It's about flow

If you truly believe in your manifestations, you feel them into existence as you become the vibrational match to what it is your heart truly desires

If you say "I want" something but don't believe that you can have it or that you have to sacrifice for it, or force it, or make it happen then all you are manifesting is more roadblocks

Feel the receiving of it, feel the living in it, feel what it looks like, sounds like, tastes like, and what it feels to BE The vibrational match to whatever it is

Your healing is an integral part of manifestation

Manifesting is not about being rewarded.

It's about being the best version of you and knowing that it has always been yours

If you think it is impossible to live the life, you truly desire, then you will manifest more to support that mindset

If you open to understanding there are infinite possibilities and infinite ways for things to manifest. Then you allow space for things to come into fruition

Every single one of us have the ability to manifest but you must understand what it means to manifest

Do you feel worthy of what it is you wish to manifest?

Do you feel it would be a struggle to manifest what it is you want?

Do you feel you have to control how things manifest?

Do you feel you have to make it happen?

Do you know what it feels like to manifest from? Love over ego?

Do you want to manifest in order to receive outside validation?

Take some time to go within and ask yourself where you are manifesting from and why

You are a Divine being an extension of source and have everything within you, but you are the only one who can believe in you in order to allow things to unfold
