Narrative Wellness is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing practitioner-led wellness studio in Toronto, near Roncesvalles Village.

We intentionally describe our space as a wellness studio rather than a clinic. Our goal is to create an environment that supports collaboration, creativity, and a holistic approach to health. Our team currently offers Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Psychotherapy, Manual Osteopathy, Thai Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, and Red Light Therapy.

🦴 SC Joint Update: Moving into the subacute stage now...

Think "progress" , and less "protect" . It's psychological as much as it's physical. Pain is information, and should be your guide to movement at this stage of healing.

🔍 When gathering information during a client intake, a lot goes into understanding the mechanism of injury, or MOI. It's also when you get to know someone a little better!

🫣Here's mine... Be kind!

That's me sitting on the Terra Core, a wonderful piece of balance equipment that offers two uneven surfaces to progress almost any exercise. In this case, I had my hands on the soft rubber surface, similar tension to a bosu ball, but a wide pill-shape to accommodate push-up hand positioning.

Injuries are part of movement — how you respond matters.
We believe in adapting instead of stopping, finding the right substitutions, and using rehab as a way to better understand your body. The pay it forward element: as practitioners, when we get injured it's helps us better assess, cue, and treat our clients.
