PSWH aims to advance and promote women’s health through advocacy and education within the profession of pharmacy as well as in the community.

Pharmacy Student for Women’s Health (PSWH) aims to advance and promote women’s health through advocacy and education within the profession of pharmacy as well as in the community. Women face a variety of unique health issues throughout their lives, and an informed and educated health professional can make a significant positive impact. Although all pharmacists receive some education regarding women’s health in school, there are many complex issues relating to women’s health that we do not receive exposure to as students. PSWH will provide students with opportunities for extra-curricular education, community involvement and advocacy relating to women’s health in order to help better prepare tomorrow’s pharmacists.

PSWH is hosting a Galentines Card Making Social this Friday, January 31st, 2025 from 1:00 - 3:00 PM in PB Student Lounge (Basement 2)!

We will be providing all the materials (cards, envelopes, markers/pens, etc.) to make personalized Valentine’s Day cards for all your gals!

PSWH is excited to host a Krispy Kreme Fundraiser in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🎗

PSWH is raising money for Breast Cancer Research to the Canadian Cancer Society. Stop by the Pharmacy Building (Basement 1) from 12:00-2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 23rd to purchase some warm and delicious Krispy Kreme doughnuts! 🍩

You can purchase 1 doughnut for $2 (cash-only) or you can purchase a dozen doughnuts for $15 (pre-order, e-transfer).

You can PRE-ORDER your delicious box of dozen doughnuts by filling out the form (link in bio!)

Your box will be ready to pick up on Wednesday!

All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society!

Hey Pharmacy!
For Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Pharmacy Students for Women’s Health (PSWH) will be having a Krispy Kreme donut sale on Tuesday, October 24th outside of B150 in the Pharmacy Building from 11:00AM-1:00PM.

You can purchase 1 donut for $1, or a dozen donuts for $10. We will be accepting cash or e-Transfers as methods of payment.

Want to make sure you’re able to get a donut before it sells out? PRE-ORDER a box of a dozen donuts by filling out the order form (link in bio). All proceeds will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society.

We hope to see you come by for a sweet treat with a good cause!

PSWH is back with another Krispy Kreme Fundraiser!

PSWH is raising money for Days for Girls (DfG), a non-profit organization that strives to bring menstrual equity globally by increasing access to menstrual supplies, shattering stigma on menstruation through education and advocating for policy change. For every $15 donated, DfG is able to make a washable, reusable, menstrual kit for distribution to girls and women in need worldwide, including in Canada.

Drop by the Pharmacy Building Atrium from 12:30-2:00 PM on Friday, February 10th to purchase some warm and delicious Krispy Kreme doughnuts!

You can purchase 1 doughnut for $1 or you can purchase a dozen doughnuts for $10. We will be accepting cash or e-transfers as forms of payment.

All proceeds from this event will be donated to Days for Girls (DfG) Canada.
