Meet Kezia!!

We’re so excited to welcome our new therapist, Kezia, to Judy’s!

Kezia’s journey into psychotherapy began with her own lived experience of navigating cultural identity, belonging, and the “in-between space” of family expectations and personal growth. She brings a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to every session—supporting individuals, couples, and first responders through challenges like trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and emotional overwhelm.

✨ Her approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Emotion-Focused Therapy, DBT, ACT, and CBT—always tailored to each person’s unique needs.
