A healthy balance of omega-3s will support the immune system (anti-inflammatory), part of every nerve structure (key in the myelin sheath – condition MS), part of every cell membrane (fatty acids, phospholipids). It has been almost 20 years since I took a deep dive into the world of omegas. My formal education emphases omegas for our better health but it goes further. Not all omegas are created equal.

As a diagnostic tool in medicine as in the urine tasted sweet then someone had the sugar disease or diabetes.
