Join us for an unforgettable evening at our upcoming event:
Roots of Resilience: Cultural Gala and Fundraiser for Sudan 🇸🇩🇬🇦
When: April 15th, 7:00 to 10:30 PM
Where: It’s Okay Studio, Toronto, Ontario.
What:
✨ Cultural exhibits, healing spoken word poetry, nurturing performances, storytelling, keynote speeches, panel discussions, and a silent auction/raffles. And of course delicious Sudanese cuisine and drinks!
💰 Our goal is to raise $30,000 CAD in support of SAPA, Fill-a-heart, and Darfur Women Action. Help us make a difference!

✨ This event centers Sudan and it’s diaspora, while all are welcome to apply please know priority is given to Sudanese diaspora. Additionally, we will not be accepting any sponsorship/gifts/funding from organization and groups who have not been in active solidarity with collective liberation efforts.
