Tomorrow it's time for our Music & Energy Journey in Toronto. We still have a few spots open including one reduced rate spot. Our focus is finding peace within the turmoil around us - close to home and around the world.
Someone asked me what is heaviest on my heart right now. For me, it's sadness and fury about the actions in the US and other places around the world that are impacting the q***r community in scary ways. Entering into Pride month, I'm feeling it even more deeply.

There is so much out there – so many people telling you what you need. These are unprecedented times with personal stressors growing and the world literally on fire. Between the heaviness of the world and the stress of your day-to-day, you DO need something. I believe that you need something that doesn’t require you to DO anything. Harmonia Healing + Music and I have designed a session where you don’t have to exert any effort – you just need to show up. The Music & Energy Journey weaves together music, Reiki, and imagery. We are ready to take care of you, and you will leave feeling more grounded, at peace, and connected to yourself. There is nothing else out there like this. We’re proud of our unique collaboration and I encourage you to try this out with us.

Spring is a time for growth, fresh starts, renewed energy and focus. A great time to look at your clinical practice, sharpen your skills and renew your creativity. This spring I will be offering group clinical supervision in four-session packages.

Thursdays 7-9pm and Fridays 11:30-1:30pm
One in April, two in May, one in June
Up to four people/group
Hybrid sessions (in-person in the east end of Toronto)

One group for RP’s and other licensed/certified mental health practitioners.
One group for RP-Q’s and other pre-professional mental health practitioners.

It’s a new year and I’m excited to offer more spots in my private practice.

I am a registered psychotherapist and certified music therapist who has advanced training in guided imagery and music (GIM), which is effective in helping people access what’s underneath all they’re experiencing, providing them with clarity, new directions and feelings of hope. Why is it so effective? It takes us out of our “thinking” brain and guides us into our unconscious, which is where we often find the answers we seek. It is easier to notice, feel, and express what’s there when we are immersed in music through a GIM experience.
