Meet Bianca Filoteo, certified Pilates instructor and founder of Body Meets Pilates in South Etobicoke. Her studio was built on the belief that movement should be inclusive, empowering, and sustainable. She helps people with chronic pain, desk-bound professionals, and athletes alike feel stronger, more balanced, and more resilient.

Together, we’re hosting a community Pilates class at LiveActive’s Etobicoke location on Saturday, Sept 14th at 2PM. Expect a supportive, all-levels session designed to help you move, breathe, and reset.

This class is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis, with 100% of proceeds going to LiveActive’s Athletic Development Fund, supporting young athletes with access to testing and treatment.
