Sometimes better sleep isn’t just about the bedtime routine. It starts on the plate! 🍽

We teamed up, a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Yusra and a naturopath + nutritionist, .nd, to share key nutrients that can support better sleep in children.

Sometimes the missing piece for sleep is in the foods they eat during the day. Sleep training at 2am is a whole different kind of hard. The self-doubt, the “am I doing this right?!,” and of course, the exhaustion. It hits different when everyone else is asleep and you’re just trying to do your best.

That’s why I offer live bedtime and overnight texting support. So you’re not left guessing in the moment. You can text me while it’s actually happening. I’ll guide you through the steps, answer your questions, and help you feel more confident and calm in real time.
