Resentment is a silent killer.

And I’ve been carrying it for so long.

Even though I thought I had let it go…

Today, I felt something release for the first time.

It was such a heavy weight.

I didn’t realize just how much I needed to hear that I wasn’t crazy, that I wasn’t weak…

Because I got that gift today, I’m sharing it with you.

You’re not weak. You’re not wrong. You’ve done your best. It’s not your fault.

And I’m sorry things have sucked for so long.

But things can get better from this point forward.

I believe in you.

This is our #1 secret to marriage success.
We choose growth.
When things are hard.
When we want to give up.
We choose to be better.
That’s it.
If you can always focus on getting better,
You win.
Your relationship wins.
That’s it.
A strong marriage is made up of two people who put in the work to grow and get stronger.

It comes down to abundant thinking or lack thinking.

If you believe you have all the time in the world in this present moment, now, you will be more focused.

If your subconscious mind tells you that you don’t have enough time, you will feel rushed and pressured.

You will be more likely to make mistakes in this stage of mind.

So, remind yourself that in this moment, now is all that exists. And in this moment, you have all the time in this world.

The more you do this, the more calm you will feel, the more you will attract into your life.

Do this every time you feel rushed and feel the difference it makes on your nervous system.

Autoimmune diagnoses come from autoimmune choices.

Just like overweight people make overweight choices.

Our choices come from our thoughts.

Flawed thoughts lead to flawed choices.

If you make enough flawed choices… your body can start turning on itself.

In these thoughts … the flaws were:
- self-pressure
- self-doubt
- thinking a naturopath can save her
- thinking hormones were the problem
- searching for help in all the wrong places … diets, supplements, podcasts
- pushing through
- relying on coffee and barely feeding herself
- going against her inner voice…

Sound familiar ?

No problem is too big when you do this.

This is the answer coming to you right now.

Take this as a sign.

If you’re struggling with brain fog,
exhaustion, pain and inflammation….

The answer is right in front of you.

Send me a dm and let’s talk.

Me being able to say this out loud really helped me.

Thanks for listening.

I just needed the opportunity to say out loud what I was struggling with.

When you name the struggle, it has less power over you.

And by remembering what advice I share with people, I remembered that I’m not alone.

That everything will be ok.

As long as I’m grateful and calm, I’ll be able to figure it out.

And it doesn’t have to happen in this instant.

So, if you’re struggling, I encourage you to speak it out loud.

Name the fear.

And remember, you’re survived 💯 of your hard days.

You can figure it out when you believe in yourself and bring yourself back to calm.

And if this resonates, drop me a heart ❤️ so I know I’m not the only one…

To clear brain fog quickly,
You don’t need more caffeine.
You don’t need more supplements.
And you don’t need to quit your job.

You need to get your brain out of overload.
Often.

Consistent offloading

Because right now…
Your system is stuck in “go mode.”
Always thinking.
Always processing.
Always on.

And when your brain is constantly firing…
your body can’t reset.
That’s where the fog comes from.

If you’re a busy, working woman who can’t afford to keep missing work because of brain fog…

here’s how to clear it in 10 minutes:

1 Hydrate first
Drink a tall glass of mineral water (room temp).
Your brain needs fluid to function clearly.

2 Move the stress out (1 min)
Bounce. Shake. Loosen your body.
Get out of your head and back into your body.

3 Offload your mind (5 min)
Write down everything that’s looping.
Don’t organize it. Just get it out.

4 Lower the pressure
“I have all the time in the world.
I don’t need to do everything right now.”
Say it. Mean it. Let your body hear it.
This creates safety and lowers inflammation.

5 Focus on ONE thing
Your breath.
Gratitude.
Love.
Not everything. Just one.

Do this once… and you’ll feel much better.

Do it daily… and your clarity starts to come back.

Save this for another time and follow for mind, body, soul support to release chronic inflammation.

What most people do wrong when they flare up…

1. Panic
“Oh no… something’s wrong. Why isn’t anything working?!”
→ You pour gasoline on the fire and the frustration makes it worse.

2. Attack yourself
“You’re so stupid. Why did you eat that? You should know better.”
→ Now it’s fire + shame cycle.

3. Numb out
Scroll. Netflix. Distract and pretend the fire isn’t there.
→ The fire keeps burning… you just stop looking at it.

4. Shut off the alarm
Painkiller. Suppress. Ignore.
→ The signal is gone… the fire isn’t.

What actually works:

1. Calm the system
Slow your breathing.
Long exhales.
Tell your body: you’re safe.
→ This is how you stop the fire from spreading.

2. Lead yourself properly
“I’ve got this. I can handle this.”
→ Your body listens to your tone.

3. Get present
What do I actually need right now?
(Not what Google says. Not what I “should” do.)
→ This is where real healing starts.

4. Support the body
Water.
Simple, nourishing food.
Gentle movement.
Breathwork.
Connection (yes… even a hug).
→ You don’t fight the fire. You support the system that puts it out.

Inflammation isn’t the problem.
It’s a signal.

Learn how to respond… and your body starts working with you again.

Save this for your next flare up.

Let me know below. What do you do when a flare up hits?

04/16/2026

We over-complicate healing.

You don’t meed pills, protocols or diets.

You need to get back to basics.

Mind, body, soul.

That’s it.

You have the power to heal yourself.

Trust your intuition.

You got this.

THIS is the smartest, most efficient anti-inflammatory exercise.

Perfect for busy, professional moms who don’t have time to mess around.

If done correctly, there are NO side effects.

Before I walk you through your 5 minutes, let me share why it works.

If you’re experiencing brain fog, pain, tension, digestion issues, you’re experiencing inflammation.

What exacerbates inflammation is being in survival mode , more commonly known as ‘fight or flight’.

So, any time your survival is being threatened, even subconsciously, you can have a flare-up.

Pressure at work, at home, eating something off, you flare up because your body is preparing for you to fight or run for your life.

This is where this powerful exercise comes into play.

You have to reassure your body that you are, in fact, safe and that there is no danger.⚠️

So here’s the 5 minute exercise broken down by the minute.

1 minute.
“In this moment, I am safe” Repeat this mantra slowly over and over for 1 minute. Focus on saying this out loud . The key is to do it slowly.

1 minute - take deep, long , slow breaths . Focus on inhaling and exhaling through your nose. 👃 Breathe in for 6 and exhale for 8 if you can.

1 minute - focus on listing what you are grateful for right now about yourself, your body and your life , in this moment.

1 minute - focus on an image of yourself in the past where you were happy, joyful and at peace.

1 minute - focus on an image of yourself in the future where you will be happy, joyful and at peace.

Bonus - bounce / shake for 1-2 minutes and slowly drink 1L of mineralized water.

That’s it.

It’ll feel like a super long 5 minutes but it will definitely make you feel better.

The key to this exercise is to be present the entire time. If you find your focus wandering to something other than the prompts I shared above, return to the present focus.

The only way you can do it wrong is to not do it at all, or give up when it hasn’t worked because you couldn’t focus the whole time.

Practice this as often as you can.

The more you do it, the better you get, and the better you’ll become.

Save this and share with a friend who’s in pain.
