Bloating, gas, irregular digestion, and skin issues may all have one thing in common: your gut.

Your gut isn’t just where food gets digested. It’s home to trillions of microbes that play a key role in how you feel, sleep, and look.

Did you know?

✔️ 90–95% of serotonin—your “feel-good” neurotransmitter—is made in the gut, not the brain
✔️ About 80% of your immune system is based in the gut
✔️ Microbial imbalances can lead to the production of fermentation by-products and metabolic waste, which may trigger inflammation that manifests as acne, eczema, or skin rashes
✔️ Poor gut health has been linked to sleep disturbances, mood disorders, and chronic fatigue

Taking care of your gut isn’t just about digestion—it’s foundational to your whole-body health. Click the link below to book your next appointment with Dr. Yoon at our PinPoint Infinity Health clinic in downtown Toronto.

In late June, we had the opportunity to support Lymphoma Canada's 14th Annual
Par for the Cure Golf Tournament at Carrying Place Golf & Country Club with complimentary on-site services and prize donations.

All proceeds benefitted Lymphoma Canada’s patient programs, supported Lymphoma Canada’s research grants program and fueled Lymphoma Canada’s advocacy for equitable access to innovative therapies in Canada.

We are grateful to be part of such an incredible day and look forward to this event next season. Click the link below to learn more.

Fascial release, also known as myofascial release, is a therapeutic technique used to relieve pain and improve mobility by addressing restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and organs. It involves applying gentle, sustained pressure to the fascia to release tension and improve flexibility and range of motion.
