My name is Sabrina Fraser and I’m a spiritual intuitive and healer from Toronto, ON. I am passionate about holding space for others as they walk the path of self-discovery and reconnect with their inner truth. Over the last five years, I’ve worked with the spirit world to offer intuitive guidance and healing sessions that facilitate peace, clarity and empowerment.

I am a trained Reiki Master (Tibetan/Usui method), Spiritual Life Coach (Transformational Arts College of Spiritual & Holistic Training), certified in Past Life Regression Therapy (Omega Institute, Dr. Brian Weiss), and a self-taught intuitive who has studied a variety of esoteric and mystical modalities over the last 10 years.

While working in public relations for a large corporation, I began experiencing strong feelings of dissatisfaction and felt very disconnected from myself and my needs. This, paired with a history of anxiety, I knew I wanted to feel better. I started to take my well-being seriously and soon discovered my interest in spiritual development. Interest turned to passion and passion turned to life-changing reality when I began my own healing journey and experienced an awakening when I met a medium who completely changed my life. Through my own healing work and upon deeper introspection and a commitment to meditation, my psychic abilities came online and I felt a strong desire to help others with this work too.

Everything I do is in the name of healing and freedom. Freedom is a beautiful thing, and I fundamentally believe it comes from understanding who we at soul-level — and that is really the aim of my work. My mission is hold space for you as you awaken YOUR inner healer, to hold the light as you walk the path of self-discovery, and help you see, feel and believe that YOU are the only healer, master, teacher that you’ll ever need!

I’ve been monitoring my motivation and energy levels over the last few months, and noticed I flow in tandem with the Moon. I use the lunar cycle as an anchor and energy source, where I am most energetic when it is waxing to fullness and introspective during the waning period leading into the New Moon. If you’re familiar with Human Design, I’m also a Projector, which means I have inconsistent energy levels due to my many open energy centres, namely, the Sacral (our source of vital force energy). Makes sense.

I can also see how much I have fought this reality in the past, pushing for hustle and productivity when it wasn’t resonating with my Spirit. This is SO easy to do in a society that glorifies being busy and hustling. It’s so deeply ingrained. We learn this in western culture, it is modelled to us, we are fed these messages left, right and centre. But honestly
we are built differently. What works for one does not always work for another!

Wild idea: What if everything you wanted could be achieved with EASE if you’re willing to work with your true nature instead of against it?

I’ve embraced that busy does NOT bring out my best. I have a need for quiet and downtime. I require space to think and birth ideas. Recharging and being with myself is where I create the most magic. And while I can multitask quite well, it happens in bursts of energy when there is momentum and excitement. I’m just not a work horse.

Truly accepting this about myself has been THE most liberating moment in my journey to date because I used to push myself to produce. I was harbouring a fear of wasting time, not making progress, not being where I needed to be = SCARCITY.

ALL of this dissipated with deep compassion and acceptance, and letting go of my resistance to what is. So what if I don’t fit the mould?

I AM exactly on time.

Since I no longer fight against my nature, I feel peaceful and liberated, trusting and patient, and more certain than I have ever felt before because my dedication is no longer to making progress, but to the process, and knowing that Divine Time is most certainly better than my time. 💗

If you’ve ever felt like the weight of your dreams has pushed you into paralysis, I feel you. If you’ve ever been pi**ed with yourself for not “doing more”, I get you. If you’ve ever been impatient with your progress, you’re in good company! 😂 The self-imposed pressure we experience while working towards a goal can be intense, but the amount we struggle and suffer through the process is truly a choice.
For quite some time, I’ve been questioning the balance between letting things happen and making things happen. Lately, I realized just how much we require both... I think I found the magic formula.

Letting it happen vs. Making it happen This is a tough nut to crack. Hustling to bring your goals to life is necessary if you want to succeed, but there’s also something to be said about the constant struggle and self-imposed pressure we experience while trying to “get there”. On the flipside,...

I find it interesting that so many capable individuals question their abilities. I see it all the time: in friends, family, and especially in myself. We really are our own worst critics. Here's my latest:

Does this sound familiar? You work hard, you’ve earned your spot at the table, but you have this nagging fear that one day “they are all going to wake up and realize you don’t know as much as they think you do.” Yep, you got it bad. You’ve got a case of Imposter Syndrome. It doesn’t matt...

Our intuition is something special. Pay attention to it - it knows the answer.

Did you know, YOU have a SUPERPOWER? Yes, you have a built-in compass that will always point you to your path.  Hint : this compass is your heart. Separate from the opinions of society, your loved ones, and your ego (the voice inside you that is driven by fear), there is another littl

Decision-making can be really hard. I've been thinking a lot about what stands in the way when we're weighing the pros and cons of a situation. Here's where I landed. Would love to know if this is helpful to you in any way!

Analysis paralysis is a fancy way of saying “overthinking.” I think we’ve all been here: our minds are racing with so many potential solutions and outcomes that we get overwhelmed and freeze. And then, rather than making a decision, we delay until we feel comfortable with our final course of a...

January is the month to reflect and plan for the year ahead. 2017 was quite the year for me - emotionally, mentally and spiritually - but the learnings I'm taking with me into 2018 are life-changing. Here are the 13 things I learned in 2017 for my wellbeing (and, hopefully, yours!)

https://www.sabrinafraser.com/blog/2018/1/2/13things-i-learned-in-2017

In 2017, I discovered the way I want to live my life going forward with 13 ideals I will take with me into the New Year. None of these realizations came easy but now that I know the cost of ignoring them, I have a responsibility to share this information with each of you. This is my advice - I hope

Contrary to what some may think, being "positive" can take work, especially when you're feeling anxious. Here are three techniques that work for me when my mind starts flooding with negativity.

I try to be in the present and battle my ego each day. I find my biggest problem is my anxiety which causes me to worry tremendously. I could be stuck on a thought or problem for hours, even lose sleep over it, and the issue could be so small or out of my hands that it seems crazy to worry a

Sometimes you get on-the-spot inspired to write because of an experience. Here's a little something I'd like to share with each of you.

I took the wrong train today. I only realized when we went barrelling past my stop. I nearly pressed my face on the glass as I watched the platform disappear in the distance. I got on the wrong train. I was on an express to who the hell knows where. I was too embarrassed to ask anyone “h

Our Story

I am Sabrina Fraser, Soul Coach, writer and intuitive. My focus is on spiritual wellness and inspiration for happy living. I offer intuitive coaching to facilitate healing and transformation both online and in-person. I'm also a certified Reiki Master/Teacher and co-owner of Mystic Sisters - and boy, has it ever been a journey - read my story here.

My mission is simple: I seek to help others awaken and expand into the fullest expression of their soul. We all possess something special; a unique attribute or gift we are meant to develop and share with the world, and I'm here to help you reconnect with yours.

Typically, you can find me buried in a good book and a matcha latte, meditating to binaural beats, travelling the world with my loved ones, or exploring new age phenomena and mystical arts (anything from mediumship to shamanism). I love creative expression in all its incredible forms, truth-seeking and courageous exploration of the self. But perhaps what I love most is witnessing true freedom in another person.
