This week's intention: I will be grateful for three things each day
If you've ever seen the work of Dr. Emoto, you'll known that thoughts affect the structure of water molecules. You are over 70% water. Practicing gratitude has several effects. First, it actually make you healthier! Second, practicing a gratitude mindset, reprograms your brain to look for things to be grateful for, so you see more of what's good, which in turn makes you more grateful. Third, that energy affects the results in your life. It attracts more things to be grateful for.
This week, add more gratitude to your life and see what happens.
