Sound Times has a new service available. Every Friday, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, Dr. Sam Merrifield will be available to assist you with substance use issues you would like to work on - any substance. You are welcome to drop in without an appointment and check them out.

Dr. Merrifield is part of the Comprehensive Treatment Clinic. You can find out what they do here:

The deadline for filing a claim under the 'Indian Day School Class Action Settlement' passed in July, however, there is a possibility of requesting an extension of 6 months to file your claim.

The deadline to file a request for an extension of time is January 13, 2023. There are many reasons why you might have been hesitant to file a claim as it's an extremely traumatic process, however, this deadline is very important if you attended any of the day schools covered by this class action:

Thursday is Housing Help day! At 1:30pm every Thursday, you can drop by and work with other members on following up housing leads, dealing with landlord interviews, getting references, dealing with past housing issues that are affecting your ability to get housing and your rights, find out about what waitlists you're on...all matters related to housing.

Sound Times does not have any special access to housing to get you moved any faster. But, we can try to help you remove any barriers that may be standing in your way.
