I am thrilled to report that my client Chandan has made incredible progress over the past six months, achieving significant weight loss, body fat reduction, and muscle gain. When he started his fitness journey, Chandan weighed 155.2 lbs and had a body fat percentage of 21.2%. However, after just six months of dedicated effort, he has now reached a weight of 142.5 lbs and reduced his body fat percentage to 15.6%.
