The Devil’s Kiss” (CP24 Feature)

“It’s so scary, it’s spicy!”

Catch a little moment from my CP24 segment where I introduced my latest Halloween cocktail — The Devil’s Kiss — made with Jose Cuervo Devil’s Reserve Tequila.

Smooth, smoky, and just the right amount of heat — this cocktail brings that bold Caribbean kick right to your glass. Couldn’t have asked for a better partner to make this moment come alive.

Big thank you to and for having me back on air — always such a vibe sharing a little Caribbean flair with Toronto!

Would you try The Devil’s Kiss???🔥🔥🔥

Rolling forward, shaping my purpose one creation at a time.

Just like a rolling pin spreads dough, stretches it, and molds it into the perfect shape.

I’m rolling out my vision!

It’s not just about where I am now—it’s about where this journey is traveling next. From my hands to your table, flavor and culture are moving and evolving. This path is in motion, and I’m embracing every turn, every roll, every step forward.

🇯🇲✨ Island Wedding Soup — a love story in a bowl.

This dish brings together Jamaica’s Pepper Pot Soup and Italian Wedding Soup — a true fusion of culture and comfort.
Think: callaloo instead of spinach, jerk-spiced beef meatballs, and a silky coconut broth that ties it all together. It’s bold, soulful, and all about connection.

Cooking on today was such a joy — nothing makes me happier than sharing a little Caribbean flavor and reminding people that food isn’t just nourishment… it’s love, culture, and community.

🧡✨ Happy Thanksgiving from Ms. King’s Kitchen ✨🧡

Yesterday, my family and I hosted Thanksgiving dinner — and honestly, it reminded me why I fell in love with cooking in the first place.

Food brings people together. The kitchen transforms into a meeting place — filled with laughter, love, and the kind of conversations that warm your soul. It’s more than pots and pans… it’s connection, healing, joy.

I’ve seen what food can do — how it can comfort, unite, and remind us that we’re loved. I’m so thankful for the chance to share that love with my family, my community, and with all of you.

From my heart to yours — Happy Thanksgiving from Ms. King’s Kitchen, with love. 🧡

💫 Got the thyme? We’ve got the flavor.

🖤 Throwback to a moment that meant everything.

Last Black History Month, I had the honour of teaching elementary students about the roots of West Indian food — not just the recipes, but the resilience, the history, and the love that flavors every bite.

We cooked, we learned, we laughed — and I left that classroom reminded why I do what I do.

📍Jamaican food isn’t just food — it’s legacy.
And at Ms. King’s Kitchen, we’re all about honoring our roots while serving it with soul.

🎥 Watch this powerful moment — because this work is bigger than the plate. It’s about passing it on.
