What a night. What a moment. What a celebration.

Last weekend wasn’t just a birthday — it was a celebration of growth, community, and the next chapter of Ms. King’s Kitchen.

I’m so grateful for everyone who came out, supported, danced, laughed, and celebrated with me. Seeing so many entrepreneurs, creatives, friends, and supporters in one room meant more than you know.

A huge thank you to Black Entrepreneur Magazine for partnering with me on this special night and helping bring the vision to life.

Shoutout to the amazing DJs, our photographer, and all the local businesses that contributed food and products to make the night even more special.

Moments like this remind me why I do what I do — bringing people together through culture, food, and community.

Yesterday, my family and I hosted Thanksgiving dinner — and honestly, it reminded me why I fell in love with cooking in the first place.

Food brings people together. The kitchen transforms into a meeting place — filled with laughter, love, and the kind of conversations that warm your soul. It’s more than pots and pans… it’s connection, healing, joy.

I’ve seen what food can do — how it can comfort, unite, and remind us that we’re loved. I’m so thankful for the chance to share that love with my family, my community, and with all of you.
