This year, we’ve seen the growing need for pet support services. It is becoming more difficult for people to take care of themselves. As a result, people have to decide who they can afford to take care of. The cost of living will continue to rise in 2026.

Breakaway Addiction Services is a community-based substance use treatment and support service in Toronto. Our mission is to provide seamless, comprehensive and effective harm reduction services and a full range of addictions treatment services that are amenable to an individual’s needs and goals. Our services are offered through community-based facilities with a focus on street and community outreach.
