Private home and Corporate classes available Having been active and involved in sports growing up, he had been trying to stay in shape primarily with weight lifting. Dang was quickly captivated by the practice of yoga as a way to increase his flexibility while maintaining strength and stamina in a balanced way. Now he finds that with regular practice, yoga also brings him greater awareness, both mentally and spiritually. Dang aims to share the valuable knowledge he gained during the Yoga Tree's 250-hour Teacher Training and to help his students develop their own practice in a safe, fun environment and also learn to listen to their bodies and focus on deep whole body breathing.
