Client injured his 🦵hamstring during hockey 🏒 practice. Tryouts are this weekend. We needed a strategy 📉📈to get him back on the ice skating and feeling good.
With a combination of soft tissue manipulation and acupuncture we are going to move 🦿forward.

Always making things fun, always making things interesting. Took me to a new place that I had never been to before. We got to explore and have heaps of fun.

Big believer in Nature therapy. I am also a big believer in walking and talking for 3 hours straight. No matter what, in those conditions, I have always experienced that people tend to say things that matter.



It's always been a great pleasure of mine to go on hikes, jogs and walks with people for great distances. Have yet to have gone out once in my life with someone where I didn't have good conversation in this situation.

Continued with the theme for the month movement and mechanics . Breaking apart something like someone's running stride into smaller segments and then strengthening each of those segments on their own then putting them all back together is hard work. You have to measure and you have to be able to prove that things are improving.
There must be reason and purpose to your training. That is the point of setting goals. You have to have short term and long term goals that your trying to achieve.

3 different clients at 3 Different stages in life all participating in the same activity. It really goes to show you that with the right intensity and the right amount of time, energy you can get so much done. It's all up to you and how you apply yourself. Hitting this bag can be something you do to develop self confidence or self defence skills. It could be that you're developing your offensive skills. Or you're just hitting this thing because it's a lot of fun it 🔥 calories. Eitherway it is one of my fav tools to have fun in this crazy little world 🌎.
