Taking Control
“I can’t control everything in my life, as hard as I may try; but I can control what I put in my body.” Take back control of your life start from the inside out. These days are passing so quickly that it’s difficult to maintain control of everything spinning around us. Sometimes we leave our health to chance, not on purpose it just becomes one of those things spinning away from us. My health was doing just that while I was getting everyone else on track.
