How has it almost been a year already??!

I wanted to pop on here and say thank you to each and every one of you who has supported me thus far, by simply following this page

I also wanted to announce the closing of this page. As my business has evolved, i’ve found more effective way to connect with people, and have put this page on the back burner

2 month post-partum update;

As someone who had a hell of a pregnancy, I can’t express how amazing it feels to be thriving as my best self right now

I’m completely, selfishly in love with me. I’m confident in my abilities to be an amazing mom, and start every day with energy and drive. I’ve been surrounding myself with people who love me and prioritizing my self care every day

My favourite part? I can support my family by connecting with others to help them feel the same

Not every post-partum journey looks the same, and I definitely have my share of bad days. But at finally my mindset is strong enough to tackle whatever is thrown at me

New years resolutions are overrated… Howeverrr January just happens to be a fantastic time for me to start building new healthy habits anyways

There’s no truer eye-care review than one from an exhausted mama of a newborn! 😝

These first couple days as Cash’s mama have been nothing short of magical. He’s such a happy little man, and is a champ at sleeping and eating. As of right now his favourite activity is hanging out with his fur-sister and staring at the lights on the christmas tree ✨

Despite being a full-time mom now though, i’m still just as dedicated to my business as I was before… But now for an even better reason!

I have some big goals set for myself that I need to achieve by DECEMBER 15th!

Why do we wait until January 1st to start working towards our goals?

For some reason we’ve adopted this idea that on the first day of the year, we all magically become capable of more. We wait around for a fresh start as if the date somehow impact our performance.

I challenge you to start now. Don’t procrastinate a better future for yourself simply because it’s the common thing to do.

Spend more time on you.
Switch to cleaner foods.
Start that workout class.
Start that side business.
