🔮 Everyone here knows that I love Tarot, but many may wonder how I use it in my daily life. What exactly does that look like? I decided to share an example.

I was struggling to decide between two different story ideas. I really was lost so I decided to turn to the cards. Looking at these top to bottom, row one represents what I can expect from the plot I labeled as ‘idea 1’ and the second row is for ‘idea 2’. The decision is still mine, but this gave me some clarity, just as any reading does!

Recent times have been very heavy, but I always try to find something positive in horrible situations. Sometimes it can be tough.

I decided to get back to my practice today of a daily card pull. I have been thinking a lot about how everything in the world is just energy. Right now, there are a lot of people spewing angry, hateful energy into the world. I believe that the more we hear and feel this, the more we have to focus on love, kindness, and positivity. Don't allow yourself to dwell on the horrible.

First rule of manifestation—what gets your attention is what will grow larger.

I decided to do a card pull for myself with this beautiful new deck, and the card I got was amethyst. The photo shows the card and a really beautiful piece that I have. That variety of amethyst is sometimes called 'spirit amethyst' because of the beautiful banding.

Amethyst is a crystal with which I have always felt connected. It has a very soothing energy, and is often used to aid with sleep. It is my birthstone and also the stone of the Greek god Dionysus, from whom my name is derived. He is also the god of wine and parties, and who doesn't like that? 😇
