Yoga with Alyssa Yoga classes weekly at TIE music room. Drop in fee is $10. Come share your practice with me :)

I will be offering group Yoga classes for beginners, people of all skill levels, as well as for seniors at a reduced rate starting April 27, 2017. $10.00 per person for a one hour session.

Kids Yoga is a go!!

The 3 sessions will run after school at TIE gymnasium on December 4th, 11th and 18th.

Hi all!
I’m just looking to gauge interest for this. Would anyone’s children in the Twillingate / NWI area be interested in a 3 session kid’s yoga camp in the weeks leading up to Christmas break? I was thinking of holding the sessions after school hours on a day that works best for most people’s schedules. Each session would be approximately 40 minutes long and geared towards kids ages 6-12.

Hi everyone!
After a short hiatus I’ll be resuming teaching classes from now until the end of the school year. Classes will be from 7-8pm on Wednesday nights in the music room at Twillingate Island Elementary. Classes are drop in and $10 per person. Hope to see you guys tomorrow night 🙂 ! Please share!
